I’ve stayed at Arach Hotel Harbiye several times, and it never disappoints. The breakfast is always amazing, the rooms are spotless, and the bed linens smell fresh and clean every time. The entire staff is consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming with warm smiles. I’ve experienced every room type in this hotel, and all of them are equally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel manager is such a respectful and kind gentleman—he always checks in personally to make sure everything is perfect and that I have everything I need. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and cozy place to stay in Istanbul. It’s always a pleasure coming back!

همه‌چیز در این هتل فوق‌العاده بود. تمیزی اتاق‌ها واقعا چشمگیر بود، همه‌جا مرتب و با دقت نظافت شده بود. حس خوبی از لحظه ورود به اتاق پیدا کردم. رزرو من بدون صبحانه بود و واقعاً نمی‌دونستم، اما برخورد مدیریت و پرسنل آن‌قدر محترمانه و مهربان بود که بدون دریافت هیچ هزینه‌ای، با روی باز و لبخند از من دعوت کردن که صبحانه رو میل کنم. این حرکت برای من بسیار ارزشمند و فراموش‌نشدنی بود. محیط آرام، موقعیت مکانی خوب، و برخورد انسانی و گرم پرسنل، این هتل رو به یکی از بهترین تجربه‌های اقامتی من در استانبول تبدیل کرد

This hotel is one of the best hotel in Istanbul right now. Because the owner of the hotel is changed. Right now You will feel comfortable about anything and everything is safe in this hotel the rooms are clean good location The best breakfast fast and home service with good personals specially Fevzi the receptionist that I met again in this hotel he is one of the best reception he will help you in any situations with Shirin. I recommend you this hotel😊

It was a very beautiful hotel, its location was convenient and it was very, very clean. The staff were cooperative and kind, especially the receptionist Sama🩵, who was very kind. All the services in the place were excellent, and I will visit you again.

The hotel is in a wonderful location with many options for public transport to get litteraly everywhere, small but complete supermarkets, nice park, Personal was very helpful and answered promptly all my requests. The building is not new but in a very good condition, decorated with beautiful paintings and even has an elevator. Breakfast is not much splendid but enough for the start of the day.

“هتل در موقعیتی فوق‌العاده بین پاساژ جواهر و میدان تکسیم بود که دسترسی به اماکن دیدنی و مراکز خرید را بسیار آسان می‌کرد. کارکنان هتل بی‌نهایت خوش‌برخورد و حرفه‌ای بودند و مدیریت مجموعه به بهترین شکل ممکن بر تمیزی و نظم فضاها نظارت داشت. اتاق‌ها بسیار تمیز و مرتب بودند و صبحانه با تنوع بالا و طعمی بی‌نظیر و مکانی آرامش بخش و زیبا ارائه میشد . اقامتم در این هتل تجربه‌ای دلپذیر را برایم رقم زد.

Excellent staffs and services. Value for money. Many many thanks to each and every staff specially Hamayoun Faizi. Such a nice human being. As we were facing wi fi issues on our room, he fixed it straight away and he helped us with lot of information which was so much needed. We enjoyed a lot. Thanks again to the whole Arach team. I liked the hotel very much! The staff is very professional and cooperative, they all speak english and answered to all my requsts. The room was clean, bed was comfirtable, windows isolated the noise. The location is perfect, close to Taxim square. Really perfect balance between price and facilities. I will visit it again!

At first it appeared like a little hotel in a little street, but the place is very comfortable. Room was good and clean with no issues. The staff if super friendly and trying their best to impress you. The front desk ordered some kebabs for me and it was yum! Located at walking distance to most tourist places and very convenient yet not crowded
